ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Katya!

My mission is to boost equitable outcomes in higher education by helping students succeed in mathematics. To do so, I study students' experiences and how they learn and reason within evolving educational environments, including those involving AI.

Using what I learn, I aim to empower students to take control of their education, develop the mathematical skills necessary to question the information they interact with on a daily basis, and make informed decisions that improve their lives.
